• We do not review or inspect your file contents beyond performing the operation you requested.
• Files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after processing, or within 1 hour, whichever comes first.
• We never use uploaded files to train AI/ML models.
• We never sell or share file contents with third parties.

1.2 Technical Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser/device info, and basic usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

1.3 Cookies

We use only essential cookies and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for ad targeting, and EasyFile does not display third-party ads.

2. File Retention and Deletion

Uploaded files are processed and deleted automatically by scheduled cleanup jobs, whether or not you download the result. We do not maintain a permanent archive of user files.

3. Third-Party Processing

Our file-processing tools run on our own servers using self-hosted software. Your files are never sent to a third-party AI service or external processing API as part of standard tool operation.

We do not sell your data. We may disclose information only when required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
