Please read these Terms carefully before using EasyFile (the "Service") at easy-file.app. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EasyFile provides online tools for image resizing, compression, and conversion; PDF compression; Excel-to-PDF conversion; and related utilities, provided "as is" and "as available."

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use EasyFile to upload or process any file that:

3. File Uploads and Processing

You retain full ownership of files you upload. You are solely responsible for having the legal right to upload and process any file. We do not guarantee successful conversion or compression for every file — output quality is provided on a best-effort basis.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYFILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Please keep your own backup copies of files before uploading.

7. Intellectual Property

The EasyFile name, logo, and site design are our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
